Facelift/cervico-facial rhytidectomy and mentoplasty (surgical procedure for the chin)

Facial rhytidectomy (facelift) is a surgical procedure performed through hidden incisions, in order to improve the appearance and to eliminate the evidence of aging in the face and neck, such as ridges and troughs, and to attenuate the effects of gravititional fall which occur in some areas of the face. The goal is a younger but natural look, improving the facial contour, mainly in its middle and lower 1/3.
